Filed ops is the worst department on this company. Only bad and toxic managers who are thinking selfishly for themselves. Putting incompetent people to manager position, giving them a fake power and you see that giving power to people make them change and becoming bad, narcissistic and self centred without any self reflection. Reorg happen often and they don’t even making any sense… Everything is political on this company. They are forcing good and talented people to leave, specially in France but it’s not official so they are making pressure, cornerising other etc… just to make people leave with bad treatment and destroying their self esteem.
They are also making a new RTO policies that is unfair for people leaving in Paris and benefits from people who decided during coving to move away.
They are telling that the numbers are good but replace every ops people by delegation based in India. For them we are numbers, not human.
My advice is to run away from this company who used to be good but become terrible.
