The company once used to be great. This unfortunately changed significantly after the arrival of the new CEO and the redomiciliation from Europe to the US.
Political games, leaders with no clear vision and employees who are on the verge of burnout. Constant rounds of layoffs, with more Senior Management positions being created. Mandated RTO seems to be the only change the new CEO brought in his 1y in desk. Freezing of merit increases this year and preferential promotions granted always to the people they like and not the people that are worth it. Investment in new offices in a year that cost savings are required.
C- suite leadership does not seem to be strong or trustworthy enough. No recent product innovations, keeping Criteo behing compared to its competitors.
