Pros
Not many... I got a paycheck and some benefits. My department when I was there was one of the few bright spots. I at least had a good work-life balance.
Cons
Look at the majority of these reviews and they speak the truth, this is not a great place to work, and here is why; Lack of culture or a set of values for the company. Employee retention. Salaries are not competitive for the majority of employees. Most of the management team should not be in a management position. The lack of a true HR department is a concern. Lack of feedback or constructive criticism to employees. They find it easier to just fire their "troublesome employees" instead of working with them. Don't hide behind the Pandemic with the latest bad reviews on here. Looks even more poorly on you when you do this.
