I'd love to know what the 8/8 reviewer does because my salary is lower than market standard and my health care is not free either. The wfh and FTO time is really dependent on your manager. Some seem to have no issues with it, while others really want you in the office. There seems to be no direction from Sr Management on where we are going and with all the M&A work, several of them are MIA from the office for long periods of time which adds to the problem
