Pros
Compensation and benefits are pretty good.
Cons
Work life balance is a joke, management is out of touch and with Visa buying the company, it's like everyone is rushing around with their hair on fire.

Thank you for leaving a review for us; as it appears you are still an employee at Currencycloud it would be appreciated if you either drop the People team a line to discuss the above or contact Adam Bolton (adam.bolton@currencycloud.com) directly who will be more than happy to look in to the issues you have raised.
Great work-life balance.
In my function at least, the team is friendly and passionate. This creates a great environment to work in.
Generous benefits and compensation.
So far, I admire the communication efforts of what various departments are doing and prioritising.
I feel like there is opportunity to succeed here. There are also opportunities to pursue your niche.
I get on with my team so well. Amazing bunch.
Top class equipment.
Cons
In my role, lack of robust onboarding/training structure (although this is very difficult to get right in a remote role with a diverse and self-managed workload.)
Management has the right intention and attitude to help. This is more of a warning to those who don't thrive in this type of environment. You have to be motivated and take responsibility for your own onboarding.

Thanks for your review; Onboarding is something we are currently working to improve with the launch of Enboarder. Watch this space!
