Pros

Great team environment, lots of team building options, top management truly cares about the staff and what they have to say. It's rare that an employer even listens to what the "little guys" have to say.. but the fact that the owners actually hear what is being said... is huge!

Cons

A large company with staff in multiple time zones, you need to be somewhat flexible with your schedule as you may have to attend a meeting in another time zone and maybe international time zones.

Thanks for your review. I firmly agree with your comment that our top management is always accessible this motivates employees to come up with an ideas and suggestions which will help CTS to grow. Flexibility in schedule is always needed when you work on different time zones, that keeps you reachable. We HR department is working hard on onboarding program and now if you look at the onboarding experience you can see lot of improvements in that. I would like to hear your current experience in employee onboarding. Suggestions also to make it better.
