All the staff were underpaid. The company was constantly trying to find loopholes on how to pay employees. For example, they will give promotions that give more responsibilities than the increase in your salary. They would give the work of two staff for the salary of just one. They also lied about advancements here. If you think you will get the chance to work in any different departments, you will not. You also won't given and trainings and seminars.
