Pros

- Great workplace! Love especially our SOC Team Lead who gives constructive feedback to the other SOC Analysts that help them with their growth - Company does not fail in recognizing the efforts of their employees

Cons

- Management could provide more benefits to employees (bonus, annual appraisal) - Limited L2 employees - Company is currently in the process of improving their management/SOC processes (might be a little bit disorganized but management is proactively finding ways to improve which is great) - CEO is capable of laying-off employees for the company to save more money

Pros

1. Supportive Culture Across All Levels – From leadership to individual contributors, the people are collaborative, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. 2. Approachable and Supportive Leaders – Managers are easy to talk to, open to feedback, and genuinely care about employee well-being. 3. Real Opportunities for Technical Growth – The company provides meaningful chances to develop and excel in the cybersecurity space, with access to challenging projects and continuous learning. 4. Excellent Benefits – Comprehensive and competitive benefits that support both personal and professional well-being. 5. Strong Work-Life Balance – Leaders are mindful of individual circumstances and make thoughtful decisions to support work-life balance. In my case, they considered my age and personal situation when assigning shifts, without compromising operational needs. 6. Trust and Autonomy in Roles – Employees, especially in senior positions, are trusted to take ownership of their work, make decisions, and contribute meaningfully to strategic goals.

Cons

1. No Physical Office in the Philippines – Currently, there’s no dedicated office space locally. However, there are plans to establish a hot office, which is a promising step forward.
