Cons
- If you join as fresher they will pay you far below industry standard salary. They will put you in service agreement of 3 years(2 lakh to be paid if bond is breaced). No hike in first year because they will say you have not completed 11 month before march(of your first year in company). In second year they will not hike much(10% max if you are excellent performer). Even after working for 3 years, your salary will not become as much as starting salary paid to fresher in other companies. - Its not purely an IT company. So no good software projects. - No work life balance. - They will say six month training but will not give you any training. Instead in name of training, for six month they will pay you stipend. After six month you will get your main salary mentioned in offer letter(only if they think you performed well otherwise extend the training).
