      Pros

      Having basic software knowledge is enough. After some industry based training. I've been positioned in on job training. A calm and peaceful environment. And we can grow ourself in training programs available.

      Cons

      During interview the job description wasn't that elaboarte. So a clear description for hiring a CAD designer or a Draftman should be mentioned.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
