Very bad company to work in. - Anonymous employee D'Genius Solutions Employee Review

There is not a single aspect of professionalism in the way this company operates. The husband-and-wife duo running the business from as home, come across as extremely unprofessional and rude in their approach. Unfortunately, they lack basic business etiquette and communication standards, while carrying an unnecessarily arrogant attitude.

There are many such concerns. I left the company two years ago, but I am still in touch with some of the employees, and unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged. The company appears to operate purely as a money-making machine, with very little concern for either employees or clients. They expect employees to deliver top-quality work and maintain high professional standards, while their own management practices and work culture fall far below those expectations.

no pros, these two founder couple are fraud and cheaters, I am sure their downfall will come one day for sure after exploiting so many young people, the good reviews are forcefully being put on by their poor employees

their entire existence is a big con. you guys are top tier hypocrites and I am sure you will face consequences of what you have done to so many talented young individuals.
