Pros
Very flexible scheduling. No quota, job is straight forward. Convenient workplace with both bus and skytrain access. Food court is located on the 3rd floor for long breaks.
Cons
Minimum pay. Supervisors are very biased and like to berate and pick on newer hires. Gossip is common within staff and supervisors. If you are a cashier, expect to work nonstop. Can be a very hostile and unwelcoming work environment should you be picked on one of the supervisors. Expect to be judged and even yelled at should you make even the tiniest mistake. If you're applying to this job, you should be of Asian background. Most of the employees here primarily speak Chinese, and so do the customers. If you're not, well... I wouldn't be surprised if people gossiped about you a lot, or one of the supervisors nitpicking your every action.
