      - The MD is highly open-minded, usually give a chance, knowledge and encouragement to employees. - Among colleagues they're mostly willing to help each other. - The salary is just more than market average, and the company has high integrity, which is hardly to find in such scale.

      Cons

      There is a bit unclear career path and job progression, as well as the evaluating method. And a bit tedious about disorganized assignment in certain occasion.

      Good environment and relationship. Feel free to share the knowledge across the team. The team is also support each other.

      Cons

      Workload and flat structure. You have to be self motivated and have to be your product's owner. No one can help you.
