- The MD is highly open-minded, usually give a chance, knowledge and encouragement to employees. - Among colleagues they're mostly willing to help each other. - The salary is just more than market average, and the company has high integrity, which is hardly to find in such scale.
Cons
There is a bit unclear career path and job progression, as well as the evaluating method. And a bit tedious about disorganized assignment in certain occasion.
