      Pros

      Good technical governance, both by managers and technical engineers bodies. Well paid salary with starting equipment.

      Cons

      Unstable environment, people leaving often, either quit or being deactivated from the organization out-of-the blue. Waves of lay offs from time to time. Big pressure, and not much clarity from managers.

      Pros

      The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.

      High ownership over work product.

      Cons

      Always in a rush to deliver feature work, so tech debt accrues and developer experience is much worse than it could be.
