DLS Ballantyne rocks; Shannon and Nicole are great leaders and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. Money is average, but the environment and energy of the team makes up for it.

The job itself was entertaining.

All upper management in the company have been friends for years so you will never break in with them if you’re coming from outside. If you’re trying to be a manager on the east coast, don’t bother. Your manager will treat you like the scum of the earth then fire you for what they feel is incompetence when they just refuse to teach you anything and want you to fail.
