Pros
Depending on a project and your role in it, Digital Management may present a good opportunity for professional growth.
Cons
- From the moment you start there's a feel that there's no leadership. The management seems to be always busy with everything else but keeping employees motivated. - All the projects are done in "understaffed and overworked" mode. People are pretty much mandated to work overtime (without getting paid for the extra hours of course). - When project ends or gets cancelled, expect to get disposed of as unnecessary expense. - If you start looking for another job - make sure you cover up this kind of activity. The company watches what you put on a job board and is known to retaliate by firing employees (with no pay). So if you're split between joining DMI and some other company, the second choice is pretty much guaranteed to be better.
