Pros
It's ok for a body shop as long as you know what you are getting into. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, this maybe it's not the right place for you.
Cons
It's probably not the best body shop to work for. Used to be better but things have been getting worse. Benefits and perks get worse each year. DMI tries hard to sell this image that they care about their employees but in fact all they care is to cut corners and increase profits in the hope that someone will buy the company soon. While there is nothing wrong with increasing profits, in the case of DMI and all body shops most of the costs come from employee compensation and benefits, and that's what they keep cutting.
