      Pros

      Top-notch international clients. Highly talented team. Work flexibility (wfh, pto,..). Freedom under responsibility Really good processes in place. Great work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Same as other IT services companies: too dependent on annual budgets, long sales cycle, strong competitors. Few synergies with other companies in the group.

      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.
