Pros

Nice HQ w/ fancy coffees and snacks Good, hard working co-workers Good salary, above competition

Cons

No work-life balance Hostile working environment at HQ Very cut throat and back-stabbing High turnover Layoffs will continue until they can sell the company All the good buzz in mobility is all smoke. DMI hasn't won a recompete in over 2 years. No synchronization between the divisions, always competing against each other instead of working together Expect to work over 60 hours and work on vacation if you ever get approved for vacation 3 CFO in 2-3 years ... company has a bad reputation around DC area and the word is spreading Do not be fooled by all the perks, you won't be able to enjoy them anyway No honesty or clarity on the future of the company Complete lack of leadership and complete incompetence from higher management. It shows in the fact that they can't get contracts renewed or when they receive stop work order from customer

Pros

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Pros

Pay on the program I worked on was good. A few pockets of good teams at corporate (finance and hr)

Cons

The culture of the company changed drastically over the past 5 years to one that I can't support. Zero support from the C-Suite and no corporate reach back. Two months of no reply to consistent emails to the C-Suite for support. Years of escalations of issues on the program were met with silence as the money was flowing in. Once it stopped, they were shocked. Rewarding only yes men or yes women instead of those sacrificing for the contract. If you gossip to the C-Suite and don't question, you'll be rewarded. Even a high level senior leader made a considerable amount of money for years but literally lied about Financials and what work his team did. How does that happen?!
