Pros
The individual contributors who work here are pretty awesome. They do have a mentorship program which is nice. Work/life balance can depend on the client project you're on, but mine is pretty good.
Cons
The pay is very low compared to industry standard and the health insurance plan is just average. CEO and other C-suite executives have very half-baked plans for growing the business. A capital investment firm invested in the company a couple years ago and since then it's been a fast track of layoffs & inconsistent plans and communication. They laid off several directors and senior managers, and now it feels like there is a gap between IC's and their management. Several people have voluntarily left too because they don't like the new leadership. Both an HR Director and the CFO have left in the past year, which is a bad sign. It has a very corporate sterile feel to the culture with new leadership. It used to be funner and more down-to-earth with the old CEO Sunny, but since the new CEO Rocky has taken over it has a boring vibe that lacks any personality.
