Pros

Working with diverse clients has given me the opportunity to tackle a wide range of business challenges, each requiring a fresh perspective. This dynamic way of working has required me to be adaptable, develop skills quickly and think systematically. Beyond the work, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with incredibly smart and driven individuals. My peers continuously push me to learn and improve, and I’m fortunate to have had leaders who genuinely care about the well being of their teams. Their mentorship has played a significant role in shaping my career.

Cons

Since the company’s acquisition, investment in employees has significantly declined. Day-to-day support, and overall workplace culture has noticeably shifted. This has left a strong impression that executive leadership prioritizes cost reduction above all else. This has resulted in the departure of key mentors, industry experts, and experienced colleagues, creating significant gaps in responsibilities. Those who remain are left to absorb these additional workloads…one of the reasons I rated career opportunities highly. However, this is far from an ideal environment for doing your best work. If you’re seeking a stepping stone to your next opportunity, this role might serve that purpose. My advice: protect your mental health by setting clear boundaries and stay open to future opportunities.

Pros

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Pros

Pay on the program I worked on was good. A few pockets of good teams at corporate (finance and hr)

Cons

The culture of the company changed drastically over the past 5 years to one that I can't support. Zero support from the C-Suite and no corporate reach back. Two months of no reply to consistent emails to the C-Suite for support. Years of escalations of issues on the program were met with silence as the money was flowing in. Once it stopped, they were shocked. Rewarding only yes men or yes women instead of those sacrificing for the contract. If you gossip to the C-Suite and don't question, you'll be rewarded. Even a high level senior leader made a considerable amount of money for years but literally lied about Financials and what work his team did. How does that happen?!
