      Pros

      Great company for growth out of college. This BU is still going through some growing pains but DPR will continue to take over projects increasingly on the East Coast.

      Cons

      Does not do work in NYC.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
