Pros

Great benefits. Travel every once in a while.

Cons

There is never an actual plan put together by management. Targets change on a whim. There is just general ideas thrown out to see what sticks and you are supposed to just figure it out on your own whether or not you are doing the right thing. Department never knows who does what or who is working on what. Management does not listen nor care about the quality of a project, just if the job is done or not.

DPR Construction Response

We appreciate hearing your feedback. Providing competitive compensation and benefits is one of the many ways we take care of people at DPR. We also work hard every day to communicate within and across teams--that takes a little more work in an organization structured like ours, but it's important to make sure everyone is informed and working toward a common goal.

Pros

Great company culture and events

Cons

Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
