      Pros

      -Great individual talents to work with. I built lasting relationships with people that I still speak with. -Great experience building -Not a lot of micro management

      Cons

      -Not equal pay to everyone doing the same job, that is not based on experience but your diversity. -Not a good work/life balance

In regards to compensation, there are many things we consider when setting pay rates such as experience, education, tenure with the company, skills, and performance.

      The work can be stressful at times, but that's when I'm most thankful for a great team that has my back.

      No growth not able to advance in company. There’s no pay increases

      Hello, we believe you have the wrong company as we do not operate in Texas. While we do have very flexible PTO, we do have growth opportunities and pay is assessed annually!
