      Pros

      Money. The company is good at throwing large bonuses around to the FA and above to retain folks. Serving the patients is always a plus.

      Cons

      The upper echelon is fake. They expect you to give so much of your personal time and life for the rah rah BS that has nothing to do work the "job". It is ridiculous. There are evidenced times when upper management has been observed/witnessed to be making fun of the lower echelon when they thought no one was watching. You are a PAWN in the chess game to making the big headed KT richer!

      Pros

      Depending on location and your clinic, leadership team is incredibly supportive, which keeps the day-to-day work environment relatively stress-free. Having the independence to manage your own scheduling also allows for an excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      The initial onboarding and training programs are highly disorganized and lack substance. Additionally, standard pay raises are quite low and do not feel competitive relative to the workload and current market value.
