      Good Benefits Good Pay Flexible Schedule

      Cons

      You are always short staffed. It is hard to keep people because the pay for techs is terrible. You are expected to know the job of a nurse without being a nurse and held accountable to that standard. Beware if you do not have a healthcare background.

      Pros

      - The training is paid.

      Cons

      - The Facility Manager (FA) and your Preceptor will openly lie to you to see how you respond. - You will also be constantly reminded that you will most likely be terminated. - The FA will pull you into a meeting and ask you inappropriate questions about your age, family, and social life. - You will be marked as "Under performing" if you show any emotion or not enough emotion. - They skirt around the number of hours you will be working. - You do not receive the required breaks for working 15 hour shifts. - You will constantly be told you are not doing this for the money, and that is true, The pay is horrible for everything you are put through and expected to do.
