Cons
Cult like environment, if you do not participate in their "demeaning" activities(not all are demeaning)than you become an outcast. There is a high school mentality on my team, where my boss is the bully and the mean girl. No respect for employees work-life balance. Everyone is a slave to punching in and out constantly not wanting to go over one minute of 40hrs. Lunches are only an half an hour, and you are constantly monitored. A majority of the employees are new,they have a very high turnover.No 401K, small bonus if you supervisor doesn't forget to submit it . Thank god I have not tasted the DaVita Juice, and I am looking to get another job asap.
