Pros
Daffodil has been my other home for last 15 years. Since joining, I have been receiving continuous support & encouragement from the mentors and management for doing better. I have seen the organization growing over the time and so we are!!! The organization's vision is too clear to provide best ever support to it's customers in overall business growth. The CEO (Mr. Yogesh Agarwal) always guides the delivery heads to work in optimized way so that it creates win-win situation for organization and customers both. The customers should get value addition in the work when they have Daffodil as their technology partner. In terms of learning, I must say we got great learning and passing the knowledge to our juniors now so that they groom at a faster pace. Daffodil has got Great Place To Work title multiple times and this shows how much comfortable the work environment is!! The CEO along with senior management people gathers for open house communication with entire group to share the vision and listen everyone's suggestion. It creates a calm and satisfaction filled environment when upper management answers your though and appreciates your contribution.
Cons
I have seen people saying negative when they move on but I must say that when you are a bigger group, it's difficult to keep everyone happy. So the organization always takes decision which is in benefit of majority of the strength. Overall business growth in parallel to employee satisfaction is much important. However, every organization has some scope of improvement. Daffodil must focus on growing in different verticals, provide external trainings and hire experts to build it. The senior management and delivery owners sometimes get overloaded with responsibilities. Giving some breathing space may enhance the productivity.
