Pros
Not at all. If I must say something about Daikin, Daikin are rarely to make you fired and lay-off unless you violate legal rules or compliance, or the performance of Daikin suddenly drops.
Cons
Many bad practical managers, no governance, not effective and logical working system. These managers cannot manage tasks of his/her members, and these members have to do too-long overtime work. Furthermore, if they are in some job grade or upper , they are assigned automatically to discretionary labor system, and Daikin don’t pay enough overtime pay to them(Instead of this, they get only less than 400 USD per month). What a ridiculous working environment, aren’t you!? And the HQ in Japan doesn’t determine clear job descriptions for members and divisions which belong to Japan. From this reason, a small and trivial project have not been proceeded at all due to the interruption by other divisions or departments, so we have to spend a lot of time to arrange their opinions individually... If you want to work in Japan, I don’t recommend this company at all. You should choose better chances in order to be happy for your life.
