Dash group was a very different business not so long ago. When I joined they had churned through 3 teams in just as many months. When I started another division had 12 people in it and now only 2. There is no support you are remotely managed from Victoria with a director present for 6 hours once a week to sometimes every second week. There is no development opportunities within Dash group. The problem is you have people on very different comms structures some get 35% and lump sum payments others are paid comission over 3 months. The problem is the business is losing money and is 1 to 2 big biller leaving till there is no Dash Group any more.
