Unfortunately, my experience was marred by deceit, lack of transparency, discrimination and retaliation. The company has potential, but it’s not designed for experienced professionals who want to make an impact. Feedback is dismissed, competition is underestimated, and leadership relies on ego rather than expertise. Success here is less about talent and more about fitting into the “fraternity.” A “fraternity culture” dictates who thrives, and anyone outside of it faces barriers. A lot of negative gossip and lack of integrity within the US office. Turnover is extremely high, yet leadership refuses to address the root causes, inexperienced managers and exclusionary practices. The role may sound appealing during recruitment, but be cautious: reality doesn’t match the pitch.
Sales quota and attainment are not aligned. Very few if any of the reps actually hit attainment.
Lastly, do your due diligence, pay is not equitable and inflated for recruitment purposes. You will not make money!
