Used to have amazing potential, poor management has run company to the ground - Account Executive DataStax Employee Review

Not enough value from enterprise distribution of open source Cassandra. CULTURE IS TOXIC. Management goes directly against company values of "Accountability, Visibility, and Respect". No appreciation for sales (only team that is held accountable). Management, engineering and product teams are out of touch with the field. Go-to-market strategy keeps changing and mass layoffs are the norm. No stability. DataStax used to have amazing potential. Sad to see the company go on a downward trajectory with blatant disrespect for employees. Too many employees get away with doing the bare minimum.
