Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry to see that we seem to be missing the mark with you. We take your feedback very seriously and are working really hard to address many of our processes and procedures in the GSD so our employees don’t feel this way. Further, we are bringing on a new COO very soon and improving the state and operations of our largest and extremely integral department is one of the main focus areas he or she will be addressing first. If you are in fact a current employee, I would highly encourage you to come talk to me further so I can ask you more specific questions as I am committed to helping improve things as well.
The entire hiring process at Dataprise was efficient, well organized and went very smoothly. I appreciate the follow up from Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager and Executive Team and the speed at which this hiring process accelerated was impressive.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our process and on-boarding. We are happy to have you join the Dataprise team.
Dataprise genuinely stands out for its "people‑first culture". The work environment is built on strong partnerships forming within teams and across departments. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it’s lived every day through supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely and helping without hesitation.
Success here is collective, not individual, and that mindset creates an atmosphere that fosters growth.
Executive leadership drives this culture by recognizing and empowering employees at all levels, trusting teams to take ownership, and valuing diverse perspectives. When challenges arise, the focus is on solutions and learning.
Leaders are invested in employees well‑being. They actively create space for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure people feel valued for their work rather than their output.
Overall, this is an organization where collaboration thrives, people are empowered to succeed, and leadership understands that a supportive and engaged workforce drives long‑term success.
I feel privileged to have found this oasis in the workplace desert.
Cons
No significant cons. To be perfectly honest. I cannot think of anything that I would like to see changing at this time.
