      Pros

      -Flexible Schedule for Co-Ops, large number of Co-Op conversions to full-time -Large fortune 500 company, but feels local -Very good entry into automotive, especially metal forging & machining, small assemblies as well -Managers will back their engineers when under the gun from management -High level of skill development in the manufacturing space

      Cons

      -Minimal guidance from management, must be a self-starter and ask questions to be successful -Project scopes & goals weren't always clear and many engineers & managers didn't have time to develop Co-Op skills -Pushed to work more hours, can be overwhelming when classes are taken concurrently

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
