      Pros

      A small company feel and culture for a such a large organization.

      Cons

      Nobody is interested in working or collaborating with each other. While there aren't any significant political fights , there is a lack of interest in efficient cross-functional workstreams.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.

      Have to work too many weekends.
