Relaxed approach to office wear

No structure. Management don’t have a clue and a far too inexperienced, spending all day chatting to each other about non work related subjects. Speaking about other staff members’ personal information and issues in an open plan office. Senior manager comes in and screams at the office making ridiculous statements if he’s having a bad day. For example he was annoyed that staff made a cup of tea or coffee at the start of their shift. Constant conflicting instructions. Very toxic two-faced environment. No sick pay or benefits. No work life balance; they expect some staff to stay late. Even telling them that they have no choice in the matter. They expect everyone to go above and beyond every day, including those on minimum wage
