Pros
Overall, Daxko is a great place to work. - Though the pay is pretty average for the market, the benefits are strong and unique in a lot of ways (good PTO at respective levels, lots of freebies, pretty cheap insurance premiums for employees, free meals weekly & snacks and canned drinks daily, etc.) - The culture is strong - the team members are about as great a group as you'll find at one organization. People, for the most part (every company has exceptions), are really intelligent and invested in their individual performance and the performance of their larger teams. - Daxko's clients are passionate and invested in their communities. They may not always be the most tech-savvy customers, but you'll always know their mission, which is easy to get behind. - Leadership is positive and pretty transparent. - The office space is really cool and conducive to collaboration.
Cons
I have very few complaints. Ultimately, like almost any experience, I think a career at Daxko is what you make it. If you're interested in the technology industry (and/or the intersection of for-profit and non-profit organizations), willing to work hard and take on stretch roles that may/may not necessarily be your initial top choice, and prove that you're invested for more than the short-term, you will be rewarded sooner rather than later.
