Pros
Great tuition benefits - employees get free tuition after working for the company for 6 months. Good place for people starting their career or finishing their careers
Cons
-Struggling industry -Very little advancement opportunity -No vision or direction, constant course correction -Negotiate well for your starting salary, because once you start, they make it very hard to get an increase. I know people who've been working for years without an increase. -Company limits internal promotions to a 10% pay increase regardless of the position advancing to -They favor external hires, and don't promote internally -Training is non-existent, which is why the prefer to hire from others within the industry -Employee culture is poor, most of my colleagues are looking for other jobs
