All businesses have some cons, none that would merit being listed for Decentral.

It seems nice at first.

The "leader" has no direction. He got lucky with crypto and is trying to rebrand himself as a visionary. But all he does is bully a small handful of employees to make what he would do as a side project if he had any talent. There is no feedback, no business plan, no HR, no way for mediation. It's just, "do this now or you're fired". A terrible experience.
