Very humble and personable people, my direct boss is great, company offers a lot of swag and food trucks, good benefits, opportunities for advancement, gives back to the community,

The office area is outdated

I learned a lot about extrusion, how to drive forklift, tuggar, and stand up, I made some very good friends. I think having no experience the pay was good.

They will make promises and never keep them. They will expect you to do the work of 3 people!! No BS! There is more drama in this facility than there was in high school. There’s cameras everywhere 2 inches. (So watch out if you need to pick your nose) Everyone from Supervisors up think they are better then you. If you want to move up position, better hope your liked. It’s more of a popularity contest than who actually deserves the position. In case of emergency, don’t think your job will be safe. It won’t be, TRUST ME!!
