Pros
The people are nice coming into the job. The company is really nice to work for, lots of great benefits for their employees. The hours of operation are really nice. You're not in the office till after 7pm. The hybrid schedule worked for me. A typical call center environment.
Cons
The work life balance isn't really there. The managers "seem" like care, but honestly, it's all about the numbers, typical call center. Team Leads & Managers do more talking to each other than actually helping the employees. And if they don't know the answer, they'll take 24-48 "business hours" to 'get back to you"
