Pros

Good work location in DC and the telecommuting policy was great.

Cons

I want to alert those considering working at Delve that the positive reviews of this company are false and were done by former employees at the demand of the CEO. The CEO was paranoid that one former employee, a former colleague of mine, wrote a negative review after he was terminated. As a result, he threatened to sue my colleague, despite having no evidence that he wrote the negative review. Then, the CEO demanded that two former employees, who he really liked, write positive reviews on this site about Delve because he was so concerned with his reputation. This sums up the toxic environment at Delve. If this is the type of person you would like to work for, then Delve would be a great place for you. If are a person with even the mildest sense of decency, then this behavior should horrify you. Moreover, multiple people resigned from Delve without having another job lined up, even in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, because they couldn't stand working there anymore. The willingness of people to leave Delve with no job prospects in the middle of the worst job market and economy since the 2009 recession speaks volumes.

Pros

Hybrid work, flexible schedules, nice co-workers

Cons

Understaffed, analysts often are not permitted to communicate with their own clients, management expects enormous output with unrealistically tight deadlines and then gets mad when employees can't deliver, tempramental CEO who sometimes yells at staff loud enough for everyone to hear, directions from managers are confusing and frequently contradict, open office plan
