Management/owners were unorganized, commission pay always changed, little to no paid training, training mainly included janitorial duties, some locations had multiple people working at the same time while some only had one employee there, boss's kids would run around the store while customers were waiting

poor scheduling, terrible management, lack of care for employees, disrespect shown to all employees by franchise owners.
