Free tanning Employee discounts Flexible scheduling (for the most part) Great staff
Cons
Low pay for the number of duties, tasks, and responsibilities Paycheck is not a direct deposit, sometimes get paid late A lot of customer complaints due to lack of employer updates/upkeep No room for advancement other than "manager" ($8-$9 an hour)

Easy job, good work/life balance, good employee discount for products & services
Cons
Management/owners were unorganized, commission pay always changed, little to no paid training, training mainly included janitorial duties, some locations had multiple people working at the same time while some only had one employee there, boss's kids would run around the store while customers were waiting
