Pros
Devada grew tremendously while I was with the company and added much needed subject matter expertise to both sides of the business. They also began investing in their current people through internal and external training initiatives around project management, performance management, diversity and inclusion, change management, the list goes on. The new building in 2018 was an incredible improvement and led to greater collaboration and communication amongst the teams and fostering a fun environment to work in. Their current investment in culture (with an incredibly capable executive sponsor) is a great decision to continue to build an engaged community. The company is growing so it's not a place to sit back and collect a paycheck. You're working hard, being nudged outside of your comfort zone (to grow), and moving at a quick pace.
Cons
The company has been through some transformational change over the last two years and continues to evolve. This allows people to wear multiple hats and function in different capacities (which is great!) but can also take its toll on engagement. See advice to management.
