Fulfilling work, exceptionally helpful and friendly people, relaxed work environment, beautiful office, opportunities to make a huge impact and advance are abundant and prudently designated.

The decor and vibe of the office reminded me of the show Severance a bit and it made me slightly nervous. No other cons to speak of.

Culture of fear rather than trust—employees felt uncomfortable speaking up, and some openly feared retaliation 5. Problematic managers were widely known internally, yet remained in place
