I've been working at the company for about two years as a React Web Developer and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to develop in IT while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. My day job is as a React Developer, but I'm often involved in front-end development tasks as well. Sometimes, there are projects with legacy code where it takes more time to understand existing solutions than to create new functionality. It's also possible that business requirements change during implementation, requiring rapid adaptation.

You definitely need to be good at multitasking, or you’ll get overwhelmed pretty fast. Also, some of the internal processes are still a bit of a mess. You’ll definitely run into moments where things feel chaotic or disorganized, so you have to be okay with "winging it" sometimes while we figure things out.
