Supply chain Process is not at all good enough to be in top FMCG companies. Change in job profiles usually happens for newly joined without informing or asking them. Lots of issues on regular basis in planning since system was not correctly implemented way back in past & lack of training at an individual end which leads to manual operation pertaining various constraints. No in house food facility being a so big Brand! No as such work life balance especially in Supply Chain due to high work load & lack of process efficiencies in collaborative work in between teams.
