Pros
- good work will be rewarded eventually being promoted - cross-functional moves at same possible are possible - international career opportunities - great brands - good atmosphere and frequent events linked to the nature of the brands we are selling - nice (head)office - very flexible working hours and working location (good work life balance)
Cons
- not very well paid (I guess because of all the cons) - reorganization every 2-3 years (as is most multinationals) causing a period of disturbance - expensive meals in company restaurant - don't always walk the talk
